1991年获国家公派从西南大学留学英国伦敦大学皇后玛丽学院。

曾担任英国Simbec Reserch公司和Apitope科技公司的首席科学家。

曾任美国Dynex Technologies公司英国分公司高级团队领导,主管研发诊断自身免疫疾病试剂合。在多肽药物研发、临床医学实验等方面有数十年的研究和管理经验。发表30多篇具有学术影响的文章,拥有多项授权中国、美国、英国发明专利,其中专利号为W02010041069ACN101903777A 项专利已经被商业化。

  • 研究员 英国剑桥大学生物技术研究所和 Psynova Neurotech Ltd, 负责生物标志物的鉴定, 发表了超过 14 篇论文,成功开发了 3 项专利,涉及多重和胰岛素相关生物标志物,以及精神分裂症的新型治疗策略。2004-2009

  • 首席科学家  英国Apitop制药公司, 负责自身免疫性疾病研究, 包括治疗格雷夫斯病和多发性硬化症的新型肽的鉴定和表征研究, 和临床试验 I 和 II 的 开发验证, 完成了多化性硬化病症的一期临床试验,从而顺利二期临床试验。成功筛选出血友病和葡萄膜炎的多肽药物,开发和验证了ATX-GD-59和ATX-F8-1F项目的抗多肽酶免疫检测,从而引领了甲状腺功能失调症和血友病的一期临床试验。2009-2016

  3. 自身免疫性疾病的新型多肽鉴定以及生物标记物鉴定, 研究药物的治疗领域包括:多发性硬化症、格雷夫斯病、A 型血友病和葡萄膜炎

  4. 生物标志物识别精神障碍的发现和鉴定

  5. 乳糜泻的诊断免疫测定开发、的分子剖析。
